Track rewards/bonus/limit details of credit cards
I would love to be able to track the various rewards features of each of my credit cards right in the Simplifi app. Including rewards, credit limits, track spending towards bonuses, etc. Simplifi could also monitor transactions and suggest best credit cards to use for various types of transaction. Purchases of gas for example, if Simplifi sees that more rewards can be obtained while using a different card, Simplifi could make that suggestion to me.

For years, companies and consumers have been warned by NIST, CISA, the FBI, and other trusted entities that SMS-based MFA is weak - NIST removed it as a recommended method 9 years ago. Authenticator apps generating revolving tokens are better (still not foolproof), while new methods like FIDO passkeys are recommended path forward.
Financial institutions in the US are increasingly being required to implement stronger MFA requirements than the old SMS method by evolving regulations (GLBA Safeguards rule, NYDFS Part 500, etc.) and Quicken should be aligning to these practices even if it's not technically a covered entity under the regs; Simplifi holds our sensitive financial data, and now, with your new A2A feature that enables the actual movement of funds, it's imperative you are keeping pace with modern cybersecurity best practices like phishing-resistant MFA.
Short term, please add support for Authenticator App-based OTP MFA instead of SMS and then fast-follow with passkey support. A product that involves connections into users' banking & investment institutions needs to follow MFA best practices, period. Continuing to offer us only a known-weak MFA solution that's been warned against for nearly a decade sends a bad signal to your customer base about Quicken's priorities in protecting our data.

HealthEquity HSA Investment Account no longer updates, cannot add
I was having a problem where my HealthEquity.com link showed that it could not connect. When I tried to reconnect it fails. I tried resetting the connection and it found only the Savings portion of the account and not the Investment portion. This worked in the past.
I tried deleting the account and connecting from scratch and now I only have the Savings account linked and lost akk the information about the Investment acount.

Thanks for the replies! We agree that this is indeed a problem and would like to get this issue escalated to our product team. Can you please supply the following information:
- Device Specifications (Model, OS).
- The version and build of the mobile application you are running. If you cannot see this within the application due to the sign-in screen issue, just let us know if it is the most recent installation.
- Have you always noticed this behavior, or is this recent? Have you been able to sign in previously?
We will also need logs to be sent, please!
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

Glad you were able to find the culprit. I am not sure why 100% needed to be changed to 90%, but Simplifi is improving on so many fronts, and some of these small changes might cause inadvertent problems.
By the way, you can change your zoom in your browser "on the fly" by using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + or CTRL - in Windows or Command + and Command - on Mac. I use these all the time as I get older.

Hi,
Just to get you started while you wait for the Simplifi coaches to weigh in, have you tried a different browser, checked your zoom settings on the browser, your system font size, rebooted your computer.
I haven't been able to reproduce this on 4.68.0 in my browsers (Safari and Chrome) on Mac but you may be using Windows and Edge. Someone else was having a problem recently but never heard if they rectified it.
Hope you get it fixed soon. Frustrating.
