Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
I did as suggested and 2 accounts still won't connect while other Fidelity accounts are able to connect. Something very strange is happening as I would expect none of the accounts connecting or all accounts connecting, not partial - I'm using the same credentials in all the accounts..…

….and the connection broke again at the first scheduled refresh.
If it's an issue with the Fidelity access token, as you suggest, then the token for some reason isn't persistent. Please note that no account nicknames or numbers changed in the brief interval between re-establishing the connection and when it broke again, unless they did so in some server-side way that isn't visible to me.
What now?
Thanks.
Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
Hi Natalie - I have had this issue as well and followed the steps to make each account manual (I have 12) then reconnect and link all of the Fidelity accounts. Simplifi successfully connected to each of the 12 accounts however, 6 of the accounts show a $0 balance in the account summary. When I click on each account for the details it correctly shows the value of that account. However, the side panel investment summary and the top blue panel incorrectly displays the total value and Net Worth amounts.
Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
I'm seeing the same issue with Fidelity. I've tried refreshing the connection; I've tried the fix suggested above. Each of these works for a short period, but then within hours the connectivity breaks again. This has been happening for several days, so it's an ongoing thing. And yeah, it's frustrating. Can you help?

I'm having the same problem. Quite annoying.

I plead guilty. 😎 Retired bookkeeper and retired teacher of Spanish, History, Government and Economics. Took one course in accounting at UA. Huntsville and Dothan are the goto places for government retirees. Huntsville is close to mountains and Redstone Arsenal (lots of Germans and Yankees, but is there a difference?) while Dothan is more for the military types close to Fork Rucker and the beach.
Florida has no income tax at all but oh my those property taxes! DeSantis tried to reform the property tax but Legislature (like Alabama's) loves, loves, loves revenue. Well, I guess this is true of them all.
Don't take Yankee (anyone outside South) comment too seriously. We are way, way over that. 😆

Re: Good and Bad after a month of using
The ability to split recurring transactions (for example, for loans or paychecks) is one of the most requested improvements. There are pages of posts on this and nearly 350 users have voted for the idea. But it appears to have been "submitted for review" for almost 3 years. (See discussion linked below.) I have moved on and am using a workaround.
I'm beginning to think there my be something in the architecture of the software that makes this difficult to do. Or it may be that they are wanting to handle this and a different request (that splits be treated in many ways like separate transactions — with split-specific dates, notes, attachments, etc.) at the same time.

Care: 324. I have five Fidelity accounts. Three IRAs and two brokerage accounts. Sometimes three don't connect and sometimes two don't connect. It is usually two IRAs and one brokerage account. At the moment it is two Managed accounts that aren't connecting. One is a Rollover IRA and the other is a Brokerage account. But it isn't always just the two Managed accounts.
