Florida Prepaid College Plan no longer connecting (FDP-101)
Looks like the https://www.myfloridaprepaid.com/ website was changed by them, where users had to re-register their accounts. I already completed the process, but ever since their site change, it looks like I can no longer connect to it with Simplifi as an account. Is this already known, if so, any time table on getting this to work again? I already tried with my new credentials and even tried to reset the connection, with no luck

Hey there, I'm seeing this issue as well. I'm specifically seeing it on a business checking account that I have with American Express that for whatever reason cannot seem to be (re-)linked to my account in Simplifi. I had successfully linked the account in the past, but my issues with the connection appear to have started around the same time as the original poster. For me, specifically there seems to have been a break around September 22, 2025.

I just spoke to someone online this is their answer which seems absolutely ridiculous to me since this app is marketed as business and personal all in one place.

Our team has informed us that this is an expected behavior, as the Spending Plan was designed to track personal expenses only. To include these expenses in the Spending Plan, you can try changing the categorization to a personal one. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the system to recognize the changes after recategorizing the transaction.We understand your concern and we are treating your case as valuable feedback.
I have done several tests and won't bother with a redacted screen shot just know that all personal income shows in spending plan and no business income shows. I'll have do a workaround and add business expense categories to personal so I can track for taxes but it just seems like it defeats the purpose of a business and personal app.
I tested out several finance apps this week and finally settled on Simplifi so I will overlook this as this app works just better enough than the others to give me what I really need.

I wish we could click the reminder to turn it into a pending transaction. That would work too and kill two birds with one stone as this request also has a lot of votes.

Thanks for the reply. To answer your question:
- Once the statement closes, the amount and due date can/will be updated based on how you have your Bill Connect preferences set up for the Recurring Series.
- There’s a 3-day buffer after the statement closes before the final amount appears in Quicken Simplifi.
If the credit were to be applied to the amount before the statement closes, the credit should also be reflected in the amount, but I would not know for sure whether it would apply to the final amount in Quicken Simplifi if a credit were to be applied at a later time.
