Re: How is Bill Connect supposed to handle the next (not current) credit card payment?
I agree with you that the description of "Total Balance" in the support doc (quoted below, emphasis mine) doesn't seem to make sense. It's hard to see how it would be different from the "Statement Balance"
Total Balance: Updates the reminder amount to the total balance when the statement period closes.
I don't use "Total Balance," but my best guess is that what it really does is continue to update from day to day even after the statement period has closed. That would perhaps make it useful for those who want to completely pay off the indebtedness on the card each time they make a payment.
Like @Coach Natalie, I suggest that you give it a try and see what it does. That's probably easier than going back and forth in a discussion. [ETA] And it will give you a definative answer.

Sun Country card - Synchrony is needed (edited)
I am adding my credit cards to Quicken. When I try to add my Sun Country card, the only option for banks is synchronybank.com. That is the incorrect bank. I need Synchrony.com. Can this be added so I don't have to do manual entries? Sun Country just switched to this new synchrony bank.
I am very new to Quicken Simplifi……I used Quickbooks for 25 years for our business & it was the best! So easy to work with. I am really struggling with Quicken Simplifi.
Re: Advanced Transaction Rules: Share your feedback here!
Hi @Coach Natalie
Here's a specific example: I have rules that rename the payee and set a category. These are simple rules, and I can have multiple of them, as seen in example screenshot 1. Now, I also want to tag transactions based on a completely different match. For instance, all transactions with the last 4 digits of an authorized user's CC should be tagged "Lia" (see screenshot 2).
Currently, once one rule is matched (likely the one adding the tag, as it's first in order), the other rules stop running. This means the payee renaming and category setting rules are not applied. As a result, I have to manually fix these, as shown in screenshot 3, where the payee was not renamed, and the category is incorrect ("Gifts" instead of "Convenience Store").
In short, I can't tag transactions without breaking other rules. I hope this is clearer than my previous explanation.

Re: Using splits (multiple categories) in Recurring Transactions (4 Merged Votes)
@Coach Natalie and @Coach Jon,
With 363 upvotes for this feature, this is a very important and basic functionality. This would be a huge crowd pleaser and would allow for many different things to take place or be enhanced as a result.
What is needed for this to be considered with the Simplifi Dev group and management?
Re: Human Interest connection doesn't work with 2FA (but does without)
Hello everyone!
I just wanted to let you all know that the escalation for this issue is still open and ongoing. We are awaiting a fix to be implemented by our service provider. We will continue to keep you all updated here!
Thank you all for your patience!
Re: Bill Connect: AT&T
I definitely agree with you. Like you, it is perplexing. There were complaints about the reliability of the old provider but this one is pretty much useless.

Re: I am frustrated with this product
That's what I noticed about manual account balances as well, specifically with transfers from linked accounts. For some bizarre reason, After I make a change, I think the manual balance 'went wrong' with one bank sync, and recovered in the next bank sync. Bank sync's tend to happen at most once every "4-6 hours", presuming you logged in or resynced after that much time.
As per turning on Account to Account transfers, I have had that feature for a while, and you specifically need to turn it on for each account you want to have it on (it does verification deposits into those account, and you have to confirm that amount deposited - of course, anyone with access to your simplifi data could see the amounts). I have almost no reason to use account to account transfers, because chase (my bank) does "real time" transfers to external accounts, and will transfer back within 2 business days— Whereas with Quicken's account to account feature, there is always at least a 2 business day process (there is a period the money is unavailable to you).

Re: Where is (or is) credit score on QBP?
Nevermind, found it under "Planning tools". It's moved, apparently, and I missed the alert.
