Sun Country card - Synchrony is needed (edited)

I am adding my credit cards to Quicken. When I try to add my Sun Country card, the only option for banks is synchronybank.com. That is the incorrect bank. I need Synchrony.com. Can this be added so I don't have to do manual entries? Sun Country just switched to this new synchrony bank.

I am very new to Quicken Simplifi……I used Quickbooks for 25 years for our business & it was the best! So easy to work with. I am really struggling with Quicken Simplifi.

    Thanks for reaching out! We do have a couple of different instances for both Synchrony.com and Synchronybank.com in Quicken Simplifi. Have you tried any of these instances to see if they work for you?

    If none of the instances work in connecting to your Sun Country card account, we can have your post converted to a missing financial institution request post, but we would need the exact URL you use when signing in to the bank's website.

  • It's not allowing me to type the URL…….It automatically switches to the "Synchrony Account Manager".

    I recently received this from Synchrony and I think they -might- be changing it so all their accounts (regardless of branding) have the same passwords, when this happens I expect everyone's synchrony accounts may have trouble logging in, here's the message I got yesterday:

    Hi Robert,
     
    Synchrony is in the process of updating our systems and we’ll be asking you to change your password soon.
     
    We want to assure you it’s still just as safe and secure as your current sign in.

    What’s Next

    Be on the lookout for an email with instructions in the coming days.

    I would recommend trying these two options listed with a synchrony.com URL to see if either will allow you to connect your account.

    I am having the same issue as Anna. I have tried the suggested link options (Value City and Premier Mastercard) and neither of them work. I have also talked directly with Synchrony and they said that Quicken/Simplifi would need to set up the link. From the previous messages it looks like a "Missing Financial Institution" request needs to be submitted. Has one been submitted for Sun Country Airlines Visa card from Synchrony bank? As Ann states about, the address I use to login is "https://www.synchrony.com/accounts/". Once a "Missing Financial Institution" request is submitted, how long does take for the request to be filled?

    Hello @RJE,

    A missing financial institution request allows our teams to see that there is demand for a certain connection and gage how much demand there is. Because establishing a connection requires cooperation from the financial institution, we cannot guarantee when or if a connection will be established.
