HI @Coach Kristina - Looks like I had another link which is aggregators user ID and password. I used that and then it works. I had to manually close the current account to avoid duplicate. I am good. I wish there was a way to link failed account (not just manual). The data gets fragmented into different accounts.

I had a similar situation to @DryHeat. In the web version of Simplifi, both of my Citi credit cards (Costco Anywhere and Double Cash) had the slashed cloud (service not available) icon in the Accounts navigation bar for several days, but new transactions continued to appear. Clicking the refresh button in Simplifi, clicking the browser's refresh button, and closing the browser window all had no effect on the icon.
Based on the suggestion from @Coach Jon, I tried using Reset Connection from the account page. The first time, when I entered my login credentials on the Citi login prompt, I got an "access denied" error from Citi, and Simplifi reported my accounts were no longer connected. But when I retried the process, Citi then gave me a list of my card accounts to grant access to Simplifi. After that, the slashed cloud icon disappeared from the navigation bar for those accounts.

Over the past few days, in some of my accounts, in the Accounts list on the left, the cloud icon with a slash -"Service is currently unavailable" is remaining showing, even though the accounts have updated. This appears in all my accounts with Citi Bank and TD Bank.
I am using the web version.
Is this a bug or something else?

I'm seeing the same cloud icon on my Costco Citi Visa in the list of Accounts on the Transactions page. But it also says it was updated a few minutes ago. There have been no recent transactions so I can't tell if it really updated or not.

Hi @Coach Kristina @Coach Jon,
On my side, I do see FDP-103 when trying to connect as a new account, and continue to receive FDP-101 if trying to re-establish a connection with my pre-existing account.
In both cases, after putting in the correct new credentials, I am receiving the SMS code to my phone from the Florida Prepaid site as expected, but Simplifi is not prompting me to enter in this code, as it has in the past.

Yes, the information in the account I made manual (in the possible fix instructions) is not the balance. Before the app would specify transactions were not available/visible, only balances - but now no balance, just transactions. Same error code (170) when I try to connect the account. I think these transactions are ones that happened before July 4 when things broke, not new because the account is no longer connected.

Even features in Early Access can be missed if you don't go looking for them. I think that if we were told that X feature is on the way and coming within 1-2 months, or some other not-too-specific timeline, it'd get people excited and help show them that their feedback is indeed useful.
In general it would be great to see some kind of timeline of upcoming features that we can look forward to.

I too am pleased by today's feature announcement, but am admittedly baffled at Simplifi's lack of advance notice around it. Hundreds of users have voted on this feature for years, recently conversations like this thread have had users expressing frustration, and yet, zero heads up from the Coaches that Simplifi has been working on this in the background? If it was delivered today, the feature must have been in planning/design and subsequently under development likely for months now, but the main feature request thread still shows the generic stage "In Review."
Coaches, any reason why you weren't able to give the community a heads up that this was in the works? I've seen this happen with a number of feature launches and it has always confused me. I understand not wanting to promise delivery by a certain timeline in case delays happen, but still, complete silence about upcoming features that the community's clamoring for followed by surprise launches doesn't seem like an ideal tactic either.
