Has everyone at this point noticed that Quicken Simplifi has the worst customer service?
Nope, in the almost 4 years of being a QS customer, I haven't noticed that at all. I've always experienced top notch support from the Quicken Simplifi support team on the few occasions I've hit a bump. I don't experience consistent errors or issues that keep me from being able to use the app. Quite the opposite, I have had very few issues or problems with this platform let alone issues that have required assistance from customer care to address. So sorry your experience hasn't been the same.

@RobWilk, thanks for the reply! I'm glad to hear that what you experienced was a one-time thing.
As for not being able to edit notes, I am not seeing this issue in my own Quicken Simplifi. I was able to tab through the fields of a transaction inline (directly in the register) and make changes as expected. I am also able to open the Transaction Detail view and make changes there as expected. With that, please provide a video of the behavior so we can get a clearer picture of what's going on.

This is so important I really hope they consider it. Its important when you have multiple projects with a client but they are billed seperately it helps the client process it through the right channels.

I was unable to replicate this myself, but I agree with what Coach Kristina called out above, since she posted this on October 5th —
What I notice is that it seems to cut off based on the date, with everything 5 Oct and earlier showing in "2023" and October transactions that happened after 5 Oct, showing in "October 2023".
Is this disrupting your workflow in any particular way, or is it just something you noticed? I ask for the following reasons:
- If Coach Kristina's determination is proven true, I wouldn't necessarily consider it a bug.
- We are going to be releasing a completely new register in the coming months, which will render a lot of bugs or design flaws with the current register obsolete.
Understanding the impact will help us determine how to proceed.

Yes, we have been seeing intermittent connection issues with American Express across all products. I believe the following Alert covers the issue, based on what I'm seeing from my end.

Karl, you might be using Quicken Classic and not the online Quicken Simplifi. This community is for Simplifi.
