Health Equity Passkey/FDP-101 (edited)
Health Equity is now requiring users to use a passkey instead of a password to access their account. I just updated my Health Equity account to use a passkey and now I'm getting a FDP-101 error when trying to connect in Quicken Simplifi. Is there any way to get the Health Equity account to update on Quicken Simplifi when using a passkey?
Re: Using "Reset report" does not stick (edited)
Hello everyone,
I was able to reproduce this issue in my own Quicken Simplifi and have gotten it reported to our product team. I will post back here with updates!

Re: Incorrect balance in manual account
Hello everyone,
We now have an Alert for this issue that can be followed for updates:
The reason the balance corrects itself after some time is due to a job running each evening that recalculates manual account balances. Our team is researching why transactional changes aren't updating the balance immediately. Any news, including an expected resolution, will be posted to the Alert once available!
Re: Running Balance Column
Copout answer. That would not take away from any flexibility…it worked fine in Quicken classic for decades!
Invoice Customizing Quicken Simplifi
Hey there,
It would be great if, related to the Invoices on the Quicken Simplifi BP we could have some degree of customizing.
For example, putting our logo or brand within it.
Another would be the ability to, say, add a check box. If we were able to add one with an option to make it mandatory or voluntary, I could get a client to click to agree to that they have read and understand our "terms".
In my years of retail, doing this kind of thing radically reduces chargebacks at the CC level. If a client acknowledges they have read our terms in almost all cases, the chargeback goes the direction of the provider, not the consumer.
I was told by Global Merchant Processing that as long as we a page on our site which outlines our "terms" and a client tries to "dispute" a charge for most reasons, the company will side with the retailer because the terms are available in a public forum such as a website.
Re: Allow a manual update of the balance on manual accounts (edited)
@RobWilk Thanks!
I've suspected for sometime that the manual accounts can get off when there is a linked transaction with a connected account. I also notice it with postdated transactions that I put in as reminders. And you may be right about the re-dating being the problem.
When one of my balances gets off, I double check by choosing all transactions and this will get me a total. (Hint: sort by payee or tag so that the register will show all past transactions.)
It just seems a no-brainer to me to add a button to allow us users to re-calibrate the balance.

Re: "Uh Oh. Something isn't quite right here."
Same as DryHeat. I got it a couple of times the other morning. It was early and thought maybe they were doing maintenance on the server(s).

Re: Allow a manual update of the balance on manual accounts (edited)
I added my vote - my manual credit card (I have one unsupported account) was off by $23 this morning, so i manually fixed it with a temporary transaction. It will correct in the future, and I'll have to delete that temporary fix.
I noticed on the broken transactions roughly equalling the total it was off, 3 transactions (or more?) totalling around $23 were re-dated after the other side cleared (the checking account side), and I suspect this is why it was off (in total two $8 payments and two $7 payments have today's date on them - $8+$8+$7 = $23, earlier 3 of those transactions had a different date. I suspect the re-dating of transfer transactions are what's breaking the manual account totals temporarily.
Edit: I'm going to take the above paragraph and find somewhere else to share it more appropriately (either a bug report or an existing bug report.

I've seen this a few times, but not recently. I assumed it was server overload.

Re: Ability to forward receipt emails to Simplifi for automatic receipt tracking
This is a feature I have been spoiled by in other platforms, and just naturally assumed that all platforms offered it. I really hope Quicken considers this, as it's a time saver.
