I have mixed feelings. This *isn't* Quicken, and for the most part, isn't meant to be. So creating transactions in advance of them clearing the bank seems antithetical for Simplifi.
On the other hand it would make the balance projections much more timely and accurate.
I'd likely not use this, opting instead for the paradigm of waiting for it to appear in my register from the source.

Vanguard does not allow dual access?

Simplifi cannot solve the technical problem?

Simplifi has determined the cost to implement the solution is not feasible?

I would rather know what the issue is rather than a vague "it has been escalated and we will get back to you" response.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, I do want to say that QuickBooks and Quicken are not the same company. We are separate entities.

As for your issue, I am not seeing an error code for you from our side with American Express. Are you receiving an error when trying to connect, or is the issue just that you're unable to add more than one account? Please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing on your side, if you can, and let us know!

Hmm. The Update Icon keeps spinning on my iPhone, and it wouldn't update. So I manually updated the Apple Stuff; that worked, but my other accounts wouldn't update, so I signed out on the phone app.

I signed in again, and it updated. I can tell by my cleared transactions BUT the icon keeps spinning anyhow. But everything looks up to date.

Edit: I am on iOS 26.0.1 with App 5.14.0 (Updated 10/10/25)
