Re: Split transactions should be treated as separate transactions (2 Merged Votes)
This feature would be good only if there is an option to set the display mode in the register as separate or combined. I understand the benefit for exporting and allowing notes for each split is a big request for me. But when reviewing my transactions and comparing to my bank, it is difficult if displayed separately in the register as I am looking for the total value. I tried Monarch and this was the primary reason I did not keep it.
It is actually not the best way to handle the issue. Most likely on their backend database they have a transaction table and a splits table. So instead of creating two transactions, really the request is can you add those fields which you want to be unique to the split, to the splits table whereas today they are only in the transaction table. Then exporting is a matter of how you format the data, on individual lines. And a setting which indicates how it's displayed, separate or combined.
Re: Two Different Screens - Edge and Chrome
I took another look at @Dick_Davis's images. The icons in the main menu on the left-hand side seem to be about the same size in both browsers, so I don't think it's a zoom issue. The problem seems to be with the font size. So I suspect he has set his font size to "Very large" in Edge and that is causing the difference.
If so, this really isn't a Simplifi issue, but instead an issue caused by changed appearance settings in Edge.

Re: Recurring monthly bill not accurately reflected in Cashflow...
If you are going to manually update the payment amount each month when you get your statement and discover the ISB amount, I suggest you turn off Bill Connect altogether for this recurring series.
[Edited to clarify what I meant by turning off Bill Connect "altogether"]

Re: Unable to change the category on a linked refund (edited)
Hello @cloudquick,
Thanks for the additional information. I will be sure to follow up here when our product team provides a status update on the escalated issue they are investigating. I would delete the new duplicate transaction in the meantime.

Re: Create a Rule with AND condition instead or OR
Hello @geekcred,
Thanks for reaching out! Transaction Rules can be used to have Quicken Simplifi automatically recognize your incoming transactions based on specific or broad keywords, and then rename those transactions appropriately. For example, you can input the keywords "wal" and "mart" for a Payee Rule to rename to "Walmart", and then "Groceries" as a Category Rule. Then, whenever a transaction containing those keywords comes in, Quicken Simplifi will automatically rename the Payee to "Walmart" and set the Category to "Groceries". Re: Understanding Transactions – Credit Card, Checking, and Money Market Savings
@CoachJon, thank you for the response. I think I might have the transaction payments from the checking and deposits from the savings down. IF not, I will be back for help. If so, the understanding current has been very rewarding, and I thank all who took the time to help in this learning and understanding.
