Re: FDP-101 error with Fidelity (edited)
Look, I know that getting things to work sometimes takes time, however Fidelity has been unable to connect since June 28th. As a retiree, and a paying customer to your service, I feel an update is needed at this point. To just say we have no idea when this is going to be fixed is not acceptable.
Re: Unable to connect to Truist (edited)
I would try a login on my Truist account from a compute and be sure my account did not a have a none texting number in addition to your mobile number. Next try login to Simplifi using the web app and try a reconnect. My Truist account only requires a verification code occasionally and it works fine on the computer but have never needed it on the Mobile app.

Transaction disappears after linking to recurring bill
This seems very similar to this discussion.
I had one recurring bill that had a new amount and it was not automatically linked. The bill was shown as past due. I linked it to the existing transaction and it looked good. A couple days later, I see the same bill past due again. I looked at all AmEx transactions and surely enough it wasn't there. It is there on AmEx web site. So, I had to manually add the transaction. But this is not the first time my transaction disappears (and I am pretty sure the last time it was also after linking it to a recurrent one).
Re: I want to get off an obsolete Mac desktop on to a mobile based only solution.
Yes. The app is solid and will let you do almost all tasks except upload manual transactions. When doing in-depth analysis, the web browser is better to dig down into your spending habits.
Re: Canadian Wealthsimple Account Not Working FDP-105 error (edited)
I tried it today and it still doesn't work. I searched it a bit and noticed that Simplifi is still using Mint access token to sync with the Wealthsimple account. However, Mint is ending its service (by end of 2023). Maybe that is causing the issue?
Re: Canadian user specific features such as TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, RESP
Do you guys have plans to do any development of other methods to connect to WealthSimple? I use Wealthsimple heavily so this is a deal breaker for me and I will not be renewing my subscription after this year :/
Re: FDP-101 error with Fidelity (edited)
I am having the same issue. If I can't get my primary retirement data I will not use this product.
Re: We would like progress updates on Apple Card (edited)
Give us the good news that this "feature", or integration, is available, at least to early access users! I will gladly test it and report anything I identify needs to be corrected before making it available for all users.
I would suggest an edit for this statement: "…making it available for all users who use Apple Card." This issue is important to a certain subset of QS users only and has no impact on any users not in that subset.
I'm certain, despite the angst expressed herein, that the team that is tasked with adding Apple Card support/integration are doing their best to make it happen. It has always been my understanding and experience that Apple runs an exclusive ship - "exclusive" being the key word. That QS wants to provide this integration and yet has been frustrated in doing so to this point has more to do with the exclusiveness of Apple then the willingness of QS to be INCLUSIVE.
Yes, this is taking a long time and even though this has zero impact on me, I do hope Apple and QS can make it happen soon for the sake of their mutual customers.
Re: Retirement Savings Goal/Planner (edited)
Yes, a retirement planner. Seems a shame to have to use a separate app for this.
