Re: Coinbase FDP-103 No API Keys Work
@Rupe and @strngr12 you are spot on. Yes there was an update on the alert post but it was just as meaningless and insulting to customers as the others.
"while Coinbase develops an API connection" is categorically incorrect.
The fact that this was said shows Quicken is either trying pass this off as a Coinbase issue (which it clearly is not) or are still completely clueless about fixing this issue for over a year.
Also mentioning the "service provider" is looking into it is not an update whatsoever. That’s supposedly what has been happening this entire time, with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Add a Receipt Icon/Paperclip to Transaction Lists on the Mobile App (edited)
This is a little thing, but would certainly improve the mobile app on an iPhone. I, personally, like taking pictures of my receipts and I find it much easier to do using the mobile app on my phone.
However, there's one thing that's missing. When looking at the list of transactions, there's no way to know which transactions have a receipt image and which ones don't short of opening each one individually.
Please add a little receipt/paperclip icon to each transaction on the list of transactions screen ("All Transactions"). It doesn't have to take up a lot of space.
Here's how another software I use (Wave Accounting) handles it...

Re: Ability to schedule account updates: Share your feedback here!
After giving it more thought, I getting rid of the clock icon from this location altogether would be the best. However, if that doesn't occur, them simply moving it to the left would be better than the current location.
This is a setting you don't really need access to often so it makes a sense to just let it live here under Settings > Accounts…
It's also located at the top of each register…
Having it in three (3) separate locations seems unnecessary, especially when it takes up valuable real-estate.

Re: Ability to schedule account updates: Share your feedback here!
Like this feature. Would be great if it could include a time of day to auto update. Thx

Ability to automatically contribute to Savings Goals [edited] (5 Merged Votes)
Why is that I have savings goals that reduce my spending plan total, but it won't automatically "contribute" for me each month? So then I have to go to the savings plan tab, remember how much was the monthly amount that I earmarked for the plan, and then contribute to it manually. This should all be a pretty streamlined process but it becomes more evident to me everyday that savings goals is such an afterthought of a feature.
Either savings goals should be automatically contributed from the spending plan, or I should be able to click a button next to each savings goal within the savings plan to contribute automatically.

Ability to reconcile accounts [edited] (1 Merged Vote)
Why isn't account reconciliation part of Simplifi? This is a basic feature in personal finance software to ensure accounts are correct.

Re: Coinbase FDP-103 No API Keys Work
@Friedie I sat down Friday at 10 AM and started writing code against an API for HelpScout's customer service platform. By 2 PM I had finished writing an entire Python wrapper that included every endpoint they have in the documentation. This kind of thing is that easy to do. And I didn't even use ChatGPT. The Oauth schema Coinbase has is exactly the same as pretty much every Oauth schema for every suite of APIs I have dealt with including Google, Slack, MSO and my company's proprietary APIs.
The front end of Simplifi is already built. No way it takes a competent engineer longer than a day to write the back end for getting data from Coinbase and a QA engineer longer than a couple days to test.
