Re: All Recurring Bills & Subscriptions, that are monthly are calculated by 13 months instead of 12.
Yes, it's disconcerting, and it has been commented upon before. The quarterly and yearly seem to be right but monthly can vary. I will be honest that I pay little attention to that amount as it doesn't make any difference to my Spending Plan.
Here's the official answer from another conversation with Coach Natalie about a year or so ago:
"Hey again, I already heard back on this and it sounds like 'Yearly' totals are not derived by a simple multiplication. This is what our product team said: "For the yearly calculation, we do it slightly differently than multiplying the recurring amount by 12 months. We calculate the amount based on how many posted transactions exist for the recurrence + the amount of future scheduled transactions for the rest of the calendar year multiplied by the amount."

CSV file upload issue
I uploaded a CSV file to Quicken Simplify and it was successful but the transactions do not show on my account. I see there is a discussion thread on this exact issue with last update in April indicating this is a known issue that Quicken is working to fix. Has it been fixed? Can you guide me on how to get these transactions to show after a successful upload? I followed every step of the process that was recommended.
Re: I deleted a tag, then QS created a "NA"/ "Unknown" Tag in it's place
I agree, deleting one by one is a pain. I did not bother.

Spending Plan - Planned Spend Actual Spend Running Totals
Hi! We use Planned Spend as a tool to spend AT or UNDER a certain amount of money each month (outside of our Bills, Subscriptions, and Savings Goals). But, as with plans of any kind, sometimes our Planned Spend must be adjusted, category by category, as the month plays out if we want to stay within our overall combined target spend. What would help us stay at/under our target spend would be if at the top of Planned Spend, Simplifi tells us: 1) What we said we planned to spend, 2) What we have actually spent so far (total), and 3) In what individual categories we have overspent. Simplifi already tells us 1) and 3) but we want 2) in addition to those.
If Simplifi offered all 3 of these features within Planned Spend, then we could more easily make mid-month adjustments in order to ultimately stay within our initially stated Planned Spend amount. For example, some months we may overspend in our Restaurants category. Telling me that I have overspent in my Restaurants category without telling me how that impacts my overall spend, doesn't actually help me. What would help me is if I could see a running combined all-categories total of what I have spent against what I planned to spend. That way I can make an informed decision to UNDERspend in a different category to balance things out. I try to do this anyway, but have to add stuff up manually to figure out how much to underspend in other categories to offset the overspend in a different category. Would love to be able to see the "what you've spent overall vs what you said you plan to" real time data within Simplifi.
Thanks for listening!
Re: Add OneFinance/OnePay to Supported Banks (edited)
@Coach Jon @Coach Natalie just checking in since we haven't heard back from either of you regarding the comment I made regarding the alternate way for Simplifi to connect and retrieve transactions/balances from the OnePay card.
Adding some other coaches which auto-populated via the "@coach" tag for additional visibility and traction on this issue.

Re: Enhanced Reports: Share your feedback here!
the spending report is lacking the "overtime" option which is the view i use.
Re: Chase pending transactions - delay in being counted toward balance (edited)
The other times I tested this, the transaction counted properly by the morning even without doing anything.

Re: Difference between Accounts List and the Net Worth Report (edited)
Hello @jonoruss,
Thank you for your reply. I think we need to clarify some information to ensure we are both on the same page. To confirm, is your actual account balance correct? Or is the account balance currently inaccurate? Please let us know!
If the account balance is indeed correct, as you mentioned earlier, and the issue lies with the Net Worth Report not displaying the correct values, the next step would be to import your Account Balance History. After completing the import, the values should correctly reflect the amounts. If the values become incorrect again, we can further investigate the issue at that point to determine what to do next.
