When will Health Equity issue not syncing investment account be fixed?

@ZeeBo22, our teams don't provide ETAs or priorities. As soon as we have any information to share here in the Community, it will be posted to the Alert.
In the meantime, you can track the investment accounts manually. The following articles go over adding manual accounts, as well as adding holdings to a manual investment account.

Thanks. Bookmarked. Seems to have been going on awhile. Any prognosis?
I'm wondering this too. I reported this four months ago and there has been no update since. This is surprising considering the amount of time I and others spent on the phone and online with support gathering information to help diagnose the problem.
Can someone from Simplifi comment on whether or not this will be prioritized? Health Equity investment accounts not syncing will be affecting lots of people.
Is there any information about whether this is being prioritized and and ETA to fix it?
