Re: Use OAuth APIs everywhere they are available (Chase, Bank of America, etc.)
Chime is expected to migrate to OAuth starting next week!
Re: Flagstar Bank - "This Bank is not available right now"
Thanks @Coach Kristina for noticing that. I believe this is the reason. I'll work through adding the new accounts and, if I can't, I'll send @RobWilk to go talk to the head honchoes at Flagstar HQ! :)

Re: Split transactions should be treated as separate transactions (2 Merged Votes)
I completely agree. I Often buy something in one transaction and then maybe return one part of it, but since it doesn't automatically zero out the amount in the spending plan I have to hide the the transactions when I return them. Impossible to do without messing it all up if the transaction included other things

4 years over 200 votes…It would be great to hear from a coach on this one. Thanks.

Re: Split transactions should be treated as separate transactions (2 Merged Votes)
This is not it ... you can split, BUT you can't chabge dates for every split transaction. That is what we need. I may pay a bill that covers a utility for 6 months. I want to split it in 6 and assign each to separate month
Re: Split transactions should be treated as separate transactions (2 Merged Votes)
I need the ability to categorize a split transaction with 2 different merchants. For example, if I pay for a friend at 2 different restaurants and they then send a single PayPal to me to reimburse, I'd like to split it and categorize each part as the restaurant I paid for so my friend's portion gets cancelled out. This way I can still see that I paid the full amount but in reports and things it only shows the amount I actually paid for myself.

Re: Running Balance Column [edited] (3 Merged Votes)
I did not say I was questioning the bank's amount (although banks are not infallible). I said I need to verify the amount of money I think I have in my bank matches the amount of money my bank says I have.
I have multiple accounts across multiple banks. I often move money among them and it can take up to 10 days for monies to land. I input movements in Quicken when I make the transfers; the corresponding deposits often don't show up for several days. A daily balance helps track these movements and ensure I did what I think I did.
Also, I can tell the bank "You're wrong… ." I have caught many bank fees that were assessed incorrectly. Why is the bank's balance $65 less than mine? Because there was an interest charge (trailing interest is a new one) that occurred when the post office failed to deliver a payment on time due to the flood / hurricane / fill in the blank.
It is much easier and quicker to check the balance on a given day (maybe twice per month) and then investigate why the balances between two dates don't match, than it is to monitor each transaction in that same timeframe. I only want to look at the line level if I need to. If the balances match, there are no issues and I don't need to look at the line items.

Re: I have transactions that show up in reports but not in the spending plan.
Thanks Rob…that was it..The item was in the bills section so it wouldn't show up where I wanted it till the item was deleted in the bills. I thought that when you put it in one of the sections it would be automatically removed from the other.
