You still have your data, and you won't lose it unless you delete the account(s). So don't do that and hang in there.
Have you tried connecting to Support to see if they can walk you through it? Or you can wait for one of the coaches to help you here in the community.
Until then, here is what I would try.
From what you say, it seems you have two Apple accounts: Apple Card and Apple Cash (Digital Cash)? And the Cash account is connected but not the credit card? And you don't have Apple Savings. Just two accounts, not that it should make any difference.
Have you tried rebooting the phone and then trying to reconnect?
Next, I would probably make the Apple Cash manual as well so that none of the Apple accounts are connected. Then I would try to reconnect them to see if you can link them then. From the support article below, it sounds like that is what you need to do. Just start over as if you have a new iPhone.

Here is the work around
- Create a manual account for Fidelity CMA as a checking account
- Link the financial institution under the manual account using the Fidelity Inv %& Retirement option
- Click the CMA account in Fidelity authorization
- When it comes back to Simplifi, do not add it to New select the drop down and link it to the manual account that you created in #1.
- It is now linked as a checking account.

Given the fact that I’m also having problems with TIAA and now TRowe Price, I’d say that Simplifi’s support is not up to the task. I’ve also had previous problems with Fidelity and Merrill Lynch. None of these are obscure banks, so you’ve got to wonder what is going on behind the scenes. It’s certainly puzzling how a big company like this can get away with so many connection issues. Or maybe they should make it clear to users that what they’re trying to do is not really possible.

Also cancelling my auto-renew and will jump to a competitor if this isn't fixed. It's really bad. And I'm not sure the company is really taking this seriously.

To be clear, you will end up paying for two separate Simplifi accounts [not accurate with Space Sharing]. I have one for our family and another for a parent and it works great in that situation. My wife and I just share the same U/P. The account for the parent has a completely different U/P.

Thanks for reaching out! We in the community are not aware of a specific character limit for passwords with Quicken, however, I do know that our listed password requirements are:
- 8 character minimum.
- Must contain one lowercase letter and one capital letter.
- Must contain at least one number.
- Special characters are allowed but not required.
As long as the password is within these parameters, it should be okay.

@Jeremy16368 unfortunately this is my experience when trying to get issues escalated. Multiple users will provide feedback on an issue and each users experience is identical but for some reason it takes days / weeks to acknowledge that it's on the backend and needs to be sent to the engineers.
Add Flags as a Track By option in Watchlists
Create a watchlist tracked by Flags with the ability to select one or more Flags. Very similar to track by tags functionality but with flags.
