You definitely can! When you're in an Invoice, just starting typing in a new item (I did "Billable Hours"), and then select to add a new item, where you can set the hourly rate like so —
Once you save the item to the Invoice, you can change the quantity to the number of hours to get a total amount to bill —

It is likely that Robinhood classifies the account as an investment account and is sending it into Quicken Simplifi that way. Unfortunately, investment accounts cannot be changed to other types of accounts at this time. However, we do have an Idea post that you can vote for and follow for updates!
