@csolutions, thanks for confirming!

Since the integration with Apple Wallet is managed via the Apple Wallet app on that phone, I don't think there is a way to allow other/outside accounts to be connected. You are, however, welcome to create an Idea post requesting this ability so other users can vote on it and our product team can review it. We can also keep it updated if this type of integration becomes available in the future.

Ugh, terrible provider - I've had more trouble with them than any other on your platform by a long shot. They seem to break regularly (more than I have reported…) - still, it's curious that my Wealthfront app hasn't had the same issues with this provider. Perhaps it's worth looking into an alternate way of integrating with Corebridge?

Either way, thanks for following up and moving the ball forward!

@Coach Natalie, I followed the requested steps and DM'd you the screenshots. Note that the first time I reconnected the accounts using my wife's credentials, Quicken discovered the same set of accounts that were discovered using my credentials, so I aborted and tried again using her credentials and the second time it found her correct accounts (and that is what's reflected in the screenshots I sent you).

Axos Bank connection for personal accounts

Please advise as to when you will provide the Axos Bank consumer connection. The connection worked under business account 2 days ago for the first time in months. Please fix the connection link from Axos Bank at https://onlinebanking.axosbank.com/auth/Login. Thanks!

I like this suggestion. Makes sense you want the date when you spent the money. For most transactions I don't worry about it but if I intentionally set a date, I don't want it to change when matched with downloaded. Some banks or credit cards have both the purchase date and the cleared date. Would be nice to be able to use the purchase date when available.

Hi! I would like to be able to use multiple payees for a single transaction in the case of split transactions in the same way that I can split transactions into multiple categories. This is helpful, for example, in the case where a single bank deposit includes income from multiple sources.

Looking for an update on this request. I just joined Simplifi to find out that I cannot add my Stash account. It looks like this was requested over five years ago! How long does it take to add an institution? Stash is my only investment brokerage and if it isn’t added then I paid for a year of being disappointed and I will have to find another budgeting program. Mint had this access and I miss Mint so much right now! I tried doing the round about way of signing in through Apex clearing, but I don’t have an account specifically with them, so I don’t have login credentials

Hi - like many of you, I have been disappointed in how long the resolution is taking for this issue. Luckily, today I found a workaround myself. Not sure why this solution was not a recommendation from Simplifi Support.

Add a new account in Simplifi for the financial institution: MyLifeNow - Benefits Complete

For whatever reason, this financial institution has the correct link to John Hancock: https://myplan.johnhancock.com/login

Just tried it now and it updates with the proper balance, holdings, etc. Hope this helps!
