John Hancock Retirement Plan Services returns FDP-102 error
So this has been an ongoing issue since December 2024 with no resolution in sight. I finally ended up deleting my JHR account in Simplifi thinking I could maybe recreate it. I did notice one thing that might be contributing to this issue. John Hancock retirement changed their link some time back. Creating a new account in Simplifi tries to go to https://retirement.johnhancock.com/us/en when it should be going to https://myplan.johnhancock.com/us/en . Could this be the issue? Is there anyone working this?? 6 months seems like a LONG time to fix an issue.

@JeffinVA, thanks for posting to the Community!
Since the issue is already known and being worked on, we will just have to wait for our service provider and the bank to implement a fix. Once we have any news or info on that, we will be sure to update the Alert you linked accordingly. Please be sure to follow along there for updates!
In the meantime, you can track the account manually in Quicken Simplifi to keep your records up-to-date. Our support article here has the steps for manually entering transactions!
Sorry for not having better news, but I hope this helps!

Thanks but those instructions are based on cash/checking accounts and doesn't work with investment accounts. I've tried many times to update them manually but get errors.

FYSA, I tested with a trial version of [removed] and they use https://myplan.johnhancock.com/us/en and it works. I really think you just need to update the link from the old to the new in Simplifi.

Hi - like many of you, I have been disappointed in how long the resolution is taking for this issue. Luckily, today I found a workaround myself. Not sure why this solution was not a recommendation from Simplifi Support.
Add a new account in Simplifi for the financial institution: MyLifeNow - Benefits Complete
For whatever reason, this financial institution has the correct link to John Hancock: https://myplan.johnhancock.com/login
Just tried it now and it updates with the proper balance, holdings, etc. Hope this helps!

Your right. It does have the correct link but I get a FDP-102 login error.
