[UPDATED] 11/8/24: Nordstrom Card Account Blocking Connection

We are currently seeing an issue with Nordstrom Card Account returning a 530 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

UPDATED 3/20/25
We have learned that Nordstrom Card is at a full block, and the issue was determined to be on the bank's end. At this juncture, we recommend users who are experiencing this issue contact the bank directly to help make them aware of the impact and push things along from that end.
