[ONGOING 12/6/24: Chime - 404 "Page Not Found" on OAuth

We are currently seeing an issue with Chime in Quicken Simplifi where users who go through OAuth are receiving a 404 "Page Not Found" error. Due to this issue, the Chime OAuth migration has been paused, meaning this will only impact newly added accounts. For this reason, we suggest that existing Chime users do not disconnect their accounts while this issue is ongoing, as they will be unable to reconnect on OAuth.

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
