[RESOLVED] 1/2/25: Unable to create or load Planned Spending items

We are currently seeing an issue on both the Quicken Simplifi Web and Mobile Apps where users are unable to create or load Planned Spending items.

  • On Web: Error message stating, "We ran into a problem loading your Spending Plan".
  • On Mobile: Button gets slightly darker when clicked, but no further action occurs.

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
