NEW 04/09/25: Citi Retail Cards returning FDP-350 error

We are currently seeing an issue with Citi Retail Cards returning an FDP-350 error in Quicken Simplifi. Some examples of this are Shell Credit Card - Citibank , Best Buy Credit Card, and Home Depot Credit Card. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
