Add OneFinance/OnePay to Supported Banks (edited)

Missing support for "One Finance" by Costal Community Bank. Available on "Plaid" but not here.

Just making it known that I have cancelled my Simplifi membership over the lack of support and lack of meaningful updates regarding this. [removed]

This app has plaid support, but only newer users got that (I don't have it, for example)

I don't understand how you can't connect with One Financial. Three years with no update on getting the issue fixed? I don't have high expectations this post will make a difference. That's a shame. The rest of the app works well.

I just want to let Quicken know that the reason I will not renew my subscription is because One Finance is not supported. I have the perfect set up at One with all my different buckets and bank accounts and I just need it to be integrated. I don't understand why it can't be integrated now that One is on Plaid.

Unfortunately without support for this bank, I will not be getting a Quicken subscription, because this is my main bank. I really hope they eventually support it, but for now I'll have to go elsewhere.

Is there ANY update on this? One Finance is becoming an every bigger bank as Walmart grows it. It seems wild to me you still can't connect One Finance.

Hello!
I bank with onepay, and since they are not available yet in the app it appears to be largely useless to me, as it doesn't appear that i have any income, nor does it track my debit card purchases. I hope this can be fixed, because the UI and performance seem good!

@metamaterialsuit, thanks for posting your bank request to the Community!
I moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests for now, as we will need the URL used when signing into the bank's website to have this be an official request.
Let us know!

@metamaterialsuit, thank you!
This has been turned back into a request. Please note that we cannot guarantee we'll be able to add support for a requested bank, but we will be sure to update this request if/when any news becomes available.
In the meantime, you can track the account(s) manually in Quicken Simplifi:

How to add manual transactions:
I hope this helps!

Unfortunately, manually managing my account transactions is precisely what I wanted to avoid. [removed competitor mention], the other software I am experimenting with, has no problem linking my bank. So despite the fact that I prefer the quicken experience otherwise, right now the lack of bank integration is a deal breaker. I will hold out hope that the integration can be fixed in a timely fashion, but otherwise a budgeting app that can't track income is about as useful as a calculator that can't add.

Has this been resolved? If not, I will have to cancel in my 30-day grace period. This bank has been around for quite some time and linkable via Plaid and multiple other solutions so I'm curious what is so difficult about this request?

One Finance became OnePay which has its own separate thread requesting access. Has this been advanced?

^^ What they said.

@Coach Natalie Can we please have an update? I have already attempted to cancel my subscription within 30 days (although your site doesn't offer the option) but I have reached out on every platform available (Email, x, bluesky and even did your survey which offered email follow-up for specific issues) and have had ZERO reply from Quicken. It's really disheartening to see and doesn't give me confidence in returning to your products

This and other threads for this institution have been open for YEARS (https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/12850/onepay-bank). I have now cancelled my Simplifi plan because your app is useless to me if I can't import transactions from my main bank. Your support team doesn't reply on any platform (Here, x.com, bluesky nor to your survey which said follow-up would come through). This is a huge blocker.
OnePay is what used to be OneFinance: https://web.onepay.com/0 -
So your moderators will take the time to remove tagged in coaches but no one will take the time to respond to the actual query?

The lack of OnePay support is very problematic for Simplifi customers. OnePay is a fast growing card/bank, and they are offering 5% cash back on purchases at the largest big box store in the country, which will make them even more utilized across Simplifi's user base over the next few months. I highly recommend Simplifi consider adding support soon, otherwise you'll continue to see more users upset about lack of support.

Another request for OnePay syncing. Thanks

Another Simplifi customer chiming in to request support for OnePay. Walmart's RewardsCard was released almost two months ago.

With Walmart on this platform now needs to be added like yesterday. Makes pretty much zero sense to not have it at this point.

Agreed - please add Walmart OnePay. I've submitted the format request via the "Add Account" platform.

+1 on including this

Another vote for OnePay support.

I'll add another vote for OnePay. Seeing how it's been almost five years, I don't hold out much hope.

Hi @Coach Natalie, I was just curious if this is still a live request? I see you posted back in June, but figured I'd verify if anything has changed? Thanks!

I upvoted it but not sure that these kind of things will be allowed to download. Walmart is so intent on having its own universe. They won't accept Apple Pay or Google Pay. If they could, they wouldn't accept Mastercard or Visa either. It's the only place I go to that I have to actually insert a card.
Oh yes, I could get Walmart Pay. LOL. They make that very hard to use and I am not feeding the beast any more than I have to. They don't call it Megalamart for nothing.
