Ability to Withdraw from Savings Goal in Prior Month (edited)

I found this thread about contributing to a Savings Goal in the prior month (https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/2867/change-date-of-savings-goal-contribution), and this is a great new feature! However, isn't the problem only half-solved? We need to be able to withdraw from the savings goal in the previous month also. Is there a way to do this yet?
