NEW 4/15/26: Voya Financial- "No eligible accounts"/"You have already added all your accounts"

We are currently seeing an issue with Voya Financial returning a "You have already added all your accounts at this bank" message in Quicken Simplifi. This may start as a "No eligible accounts found" message for existing accounts; however, disconnecting and reconnecting results in the "You have already added all your accounts at this bank" message. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
