Transfers STILL broken after disappearing transactions fiasco.

Transfers are broken. After the disappearing transactions fiasco transfers are not working correctly. 'Go to the other side' is not working for many transfers. Categories are changing from the account being transferred to/from to 'NA'. Duplicate transactions are being created and showing often shown as a pending transaction if I try and fix this. Last week at this time all transfers were lined up correctly and now transfers are a mess and are malfunctioning going back to 2024.

This has created a huge headache for me and my small business. My account and everyone's account who has been adversely affected by this SHOULD! be given a credit. Furthermore, an explanation of what happened(seriously, what in the world are you guys doing to cause transactions to just disappear?), why it happened, and why customers can be confident this won't happen again should happen ASAP. Also, issues involving transfers should be fixed ASAP.

    Transfers still a buggy mess. Attempts to fix transfers are hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it matches to wrong transfer in other account, sometimes it causes other side of transfer to re-categorize as 'NA', sometimes a transfer appears to be fixed but is broken when relogging in. Sometimes updating a transfer in anyway(marking as reviewed, adding a tag etc) breaks transfer. By break I mean category changes to 'NA'….None of this was happening before missing transactions fiasco. In fact everything was setup correctly and working correctly. Attempts to go backwards and manually fix what broke has proven to be a total waste of time as everything is a buggy mess.

    I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble re-linking transfers in Quicken Simplifi. Since this seems to be an array of scenarios you're describing, I'd recommend contacting our Chat/Phone Support team directly so they can engage in a screensharing session with you and help walk you through correcting the transfers.

    Otherwise, we will likely need screenshots or a video for each scenario, with specific examples and a timeline of what's happening, so we can help you resolve each one individually. I will also say that oftentimes simply deleting and re-creating a transaction can help resolve funkiness with linking transfers. I've also personally set both sides to uncategorized, which seems to work every time when I try to link them again.
