USAA Credit card account show correct balance but not downloading transactions

In September I had to make an account manual and re-add it and link it to an existing account to clear a connection error. Since that time, the balance is getting updated correctly but there are no new transactions in the ledger. Any transfer from another account to this one show as category "Unsynced Account". The bank accounts with USAA all show correct transactions

Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this behavior with USAA in Simplifi.
Sadly, this is a known issue with USAA. Although we don't currently have an ETA to provide on a resolution, we do have a Community Alert that can be followed for updates.
