New Simplifi user. 25 year Quicken desktop user.

    The Iowa 529 program has switched addresses and is now at www.iowa529save.com. The old address (collegesavingsiowa) is not connecting, and there's no entry for the new address, so I can't find any way to get to my account. Help!

    I am able to login via the website….unable to access vis Simplifi.

    @Siopold, thanks for reaching out!

    When viewing your connection attempts from our end, it looks like you're receiving a 163 error with College Savings Iowa 529. I'd like to get this escalated; to do so, please provide the name of the account the issue is occurring with, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.

    Thank you—I think the account has reconnected now? I will come back to this thread if the problem recurs, but I think I might be set.

    It is working now. Had to reconnect and align with 529 accounts that were previously added. Thanks.
