Add filtering options to Bills & Payments Overview (edited)

it would be very useful if this page allowed filtering by account, tags, category. I like that it has the ability to select a timeframe in the future, e.g. next month but it is still unuseful to me without filtering. For example, I use tags to name people who owe me money toward monthly bills, I could easily see what is owed if I could filter by the desired tag for the next month. I think others would find it useful to be able to filter by category, e.g. to see all upcoming Home Expenses for the next month.
