Issue with split transactions in the Planned Spending progress bar (edited)

Hello— split transactions aren't accurately reflected in a category's budget bar. If I go to edit the category total spend, I can see the true amount spent for the month. But when I save to an increased amount equal to what I was told was spent, I still have a buffer in the account based on what was spent. The difference between the two does equal the amounts in split transactions in this category.

    I noticed that when a split transaction is the only one assigned to a given planned spending category, the planned spending tile and details after clicking on the tile are correct.

    I'm not personally seeing any issues with my Planned Spending expenses for either the current or past months. I checked expenses that had split transactions included, I released funds from an expense, etc., and I still don't see it. Have either of you tried deleting and recreating one of the problematic expenses to see if that fixes things, by chance?

    I deleted and re-added the transaction in question. I deleted the cookies, signed out, signed back in and still no change.

    This is interesting. The mobile app does not show the total being off on the Kids title with unspent funds. The mobile app is correct but the web app still shows:

    @UrsulaA, did you try deleting and re-creating the actual Planned Spending expense, or just a transaction?

    I deleted the planned spending item, the transaction, re-entered both items. Then I cleared the cookies and signed back in. Result: Issue still there.

    I'd like to go ahead and get this escalated as a dataset-specific issue. To do so, please provide the following:

    1. Confirm what month the issue is occurring with in the Spending Plan (whether past months or the present month).
    2. If you have an additional example of a Planned Spending expense the issue is occurring with, please provide screenshots.
    3. Since the issue appears to be related to split transactions, please provide a screenshot of all of the Transaction Activity listed for each of the Planned Spending examples that are used, as well as a screenshot of the Transaction Detail view for any split transactions that are included so we can see the splits.
    4. A screenshot of the same Planned Spending expenses from the Mobile App for a comparison.
    5. The browser and browser version you're accessing the Quicken Simplifi Web App from.
    6. The OS of the computer you're using to access the Quicken Simplifi Web App.

    Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    Yes, I just checked and the issue is still there. Do you want me to try the following, @Coach Natalie ?

    Delete the planned spending item, the transaction

    Re-enter both items.

    Clear the cookies and signed back in.

    Tried the above after the new release and got the same outcome. Reports, mobile app, and spending plan transactions show the correct amount.

    Also, the planned item detail for December 2023 is correct.

    It is just the tile on the web app.
