Hello- similar to others I keep getting this error for my BECU accounts and its been 2 weeks- how do I resolve?

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, it looks like you're referring to Boeing Employees' Credit Union. We have an active Alert for the 102 errors with this bank, so it's a known issue:
