Unable to connect Macy's card FDP-106/105 error (edited)

When I try to setup Macy's card for the first time I get the following error. I have been trying to add this account for the last few days.

This usually happens if an account nickname or number has changed at your bank. To fix you must reconnect your account.
Care Code: FDP-106

My Macy's connection just broke, I got the same error.

I have not opened a new Macy's account at the bank.

I reset the connection.

I made the account manual and attempted to connect it again.

I deleted the institution, Macy's and attempted to re-add it.

Macy's card is issued by Citibank, which moved to an API connection recently. Do we need to use another connection option to reestablish the connection?

I tried connecting Macy's again this morning and got a different error.

I tried again and no connection to Macy's for me. I am following the known issue post.

Has anyone been able to connect to Macy's? I cannot as of this morning.

Could the URL for Macy's credit card have changed? I got an alert for the card showing https://www.macys.com/mymacyscard

as the card's URL.

However, Simplifi shows https://www.macys.com/

I know this is an ongoing issue, just wanted to share in case this helps with troubleshooting.

I reconnected to Macy's credit card just now. I linked my manual account with the connected account.

I just connected my Macy's card for the first time and had no connection problems… it is now listed in my Banking: Credit list of credit card accounts. Maybe I'll go ahead and add my and my wife's JC Penny cards… just for fun.
