Unable to select/deselect all visible transactions (edited)

 Transaction activity section
 checkbox to select a group of transaction 

a) Selection of multiple rows is working
b) Un selection part is not working (Broken)

However, the review is back.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with selecting transactions in Simplifi.

    Would you mind clarifying what specifically you're seeing, please, and perhaps provide some screenshots or a video of the behavior? I'm not personally seeing any issues with selecting or deselecting transactions in Simplifi, nor with selecting or deselecting all visible transactions specifically.

    I cleared the browser cache, and it looks like working now; you may close it

    @Coach Natalie  It happened twice, I cannot duplicate but something related to the Review button for sure

    Unfortunately, without the exact steps to replicate or proof of the issue, we won't have enough direction to provide the Product Team for an escalation. If the issue occurs again, please try to grab a screenshot or video, as well as notate the steps that you took so we can attempt to replicate the behavior.

    Thanks for providing a video!

    To clarify, is there a specific action you took that resulted in the behavior, by chance? Also, when the issue occurs, have you tried simply signing out and back in to see if doing so helps to clear things up?

    The next time this occurs, if signing out and signing back in doesn't resolve it, I'd suggest trying from a different browser, as well as in incognito/private mode, to determine if the issue may be browser-specific.

    Steps

    1. Multiselect Transactions
    2. Select Mark Reviewed
    3. It gets stuck as described (sometimes)
    4. when that happens,  
    5. Close the browser and go back in; it works; no need to sign out

    I am still unable to replicate this behavior after trying multiple times. You mentioned before that after clearing the browser's cache, the issue stopped for a while, so I'm wondering if it's browser specific. Have you tried from a different browser and in incognito/private mode, by chance?
