Add a 'Recent Transactions' widget to the Dashboard (edited)

Actually, the Recent Spending has always shown all recent transactions as long as there was an expense category included in the split. The only time it wouldn't show a transaction was when it is just pure income.

I just noticed in 4.72.0 (it may have been there before as I had deprecated it lower on my screen), that it has been renamed Recent Transactions. This is a step in the right direction and better represent what it does.

But now, it does need to include the pure income transactions, and the widge still doesn't include those.

So I'll add a vote for that.
