    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PAID PRODUCT. THIS ISSUE GOES BACK TO MARCH 2024

    It's funny how you included the year, this is 2024. I don't use robinhood so I can't comment on the service support.

  • I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF ATTENTION GIVIN TO THIS ISSUE. To stop the issue from persistently affecting my reports on an on-going basis, I have decided to delete the my Robinhood account from Simplify re-add it & import basic information via .cvs file. Again I am very upset that I have to loose detailed information and start over with the data for this account, And I pay a fee for this! NOT GOOD!!!

    I'm going through old escalations and noticed that the ticket for this issue is still open. Are you still experiencing this issue in Quicken Simplifi? If so, I'd like to give the ticket a bump.

    I gave up waiting & deleted & re added the account, I was forced to loose my history. no issue now, very disappointed with the support :(

    I apologize for the duration of the escalation and that they weren't able to get a fix in for you. I passed along your feedback when I closed the ticket.

    As for losing your history, you should be able to import account balance history (for historical net worth purposes) using the import process outlined here: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/8912157-how-to-import-account-balance-history
