Balance Sheet and Net Worth Report are blank when selecting an older time period

The Balance sheet feature just shows a blank for everything. So does the Net Worth feature, when selecting an older time period. It's completely unusable

To clarify, have you ever been able to use the Balance Sheet and Net Worth Reports in QBP? You stated that the issue occurs when selecting an older time period — is it a specific time period, or past a certain date, etc.? Do you have transactions properly allocated for the time period in question so they'd show up in these Reports? Are there any other Reports that this data is missing from?
