Mohela - Elfi (edited)
I am a new user of Quicken Simplifi, and I love the product, but there is one account I've been unable to connect to Simplifi: my "Mohela - Elfi" student load account (elfi.mohela.com).
There are 2 different Mohela financial institutions that Simplifi displays as options to connect to, "Mohela - SoFi" (sofi.mohela.com) and "Mohela - Federal Student Aid" (mohela.studentaid.gov). Neither of those Mohela accounts seem able to connect to the account I have on Mohela - Elfi when I enter the credentials (gives a 102 error). I've tried multiple times over like a week, both inside and outside of regular business hours in case the problem connecting was a fluke or related to time of day, but no luck still. Is there a reason Simplifi doesn't support the connection to Mohela - Elfi specifically?
The lack of this integration is the only complaint I have about Simplifi, but it's a fairly big one because my student loan information is a significant factor in my overall financial picture. Might have to switch away from Simplifi if this isn't something they'll support

Thank you for coming to the Community to provide your feedback. Is the URL you provided the URL that you use when logging into your student loan account directly through the financial institution website? If it is not, then what is that URL please? I can use that information to check our list of supported financial institutions to see if there is a connection option that may work.
Even if the account cannot be connect to the financial institution, you are still able to track the account in Quicken Simplifi manually. For more information, please see this article:

Yes, the URL elfi.mohela.com is the URL that I use to log in to the site. To be more specific, the redirect to the actual login page itself is https://elfi.mohela.com/DL/secure/account/loginStep1.aspx

It doesn't look like this particular bank option for Mohela is currently available in Quicken Simplifi, so I turned this into an official Missing Financial Institution Request. Please note that we cannot guarantee we'll be able to add support for a specific bank, but we will keep you and other users updated here with any news we learn, if/when applicable.
In the meantime, you can track the account manually!
