Unable to link Blue Shield of CA to billers

There are several billers I've tried to connect to my account, including Blue Cross of California, and even after submitting the MFA codes, it all continues to fail and return error messages stating it requires a one time code and won't link. Assuming I'm not the only person having this issue. Any solutions?

    Thanks for reaching out! From our side, I can see that you tried connecting to Blue Cross Blue Shield of California and were set to a locked status because the account requires a one-time verification code. Can you try the following steps?

    1. Verify how you are receiving your one-time verification code.
      1. If you are receiving the code via SMS text, try to have the code emailed to you instead if that's an option.
    2. Confirm if there is an option that enables that security setting on the biller's website and see if it's off.
      • If it isn't enabled, enable it and try again.
    3. If you've followed these steps and are still unable to connect their biller, let us know!
