Merrill Edge Unable to Connect

I reset a connection because the balance was not up to date and would not update.

I then got (and continue to get) this error when attempting to reconnect on web:

This Bank is not available right now

When I attempt to connect via mobile, I get:

Account need attention

We are unable to connect to Merrill Edge at this time

    Hello @Dave L,

Thanks for reaching out! I don't see an error from our side for you with Merrill Edge. To better assist us, can you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving within the product?

I will say that we do have an alert up for Merrill Edge users experiencing an FDP-105 error. If you are receiving this error in particular, I would advise following the alert for updates while we work toward a resolution.

Thank you, and let us know!

See the images below @Coach Jon . I get this when I try to reconnect the account (was disconnected due to a failed attempt to rest the connection).

    Hello @Dave L,

Ah, I see the issue. Per the alert I shared, Merrill Edge users can use the Merrill Lynch Investments option to connect their accounts, as the separate Merrill Edge option is no longer available in Quicken Simplifi.

    I hope this helps!

Ok. @Coach Jon how do I reconnect to a different bank?

    Hello @Dave L,

You would connect using the Merrill Lynch Investments instance available in Quicken Simplifi. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection with Merrill Lynch. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Merrill Edge accounts within Quicken Simplifi.

    Thanks,

    Coach Jon
