Apple Wallet sync issue

Several days ago, probably corresponding with the iOS update, my Apple Card transactions stopped syncing with simplifi. I tried the advice from this discussion:
and this discussion:
I deleted the app and signed in again, my privacy settings are correct, and I relinked Wallet (all multiple times), but my Apple Card transactions from this time period still aren't syncing (and my balance is incorrect). I even added my Apple Cash account, which does show the correct balance.
I'm at a loss. I use my Apple Card for pretty much everything, and Simplifi will be useless for me if I can't see my transactions.

I have the same issue. No new Apple Card transactions have downloaded since the evening of April 16, although the balance seems to be syncing. My entire household spending is through Apple Card, so without a fix I'll have lost insight into spending unless I manually enter all transactions. The Apple Wallet connectivity was one of the main drivers for my switch from Quicken Mac to Simplifi this year (after 30+ years on Quicken desktop versions).
I assumed it was an iOS update issue, so I restored my iPhone to the prior release (iOS 18.4.1, I think). Unfortunately, there was no change to Apple Wallet transactions. I later realized my iPhone had received an update midday on the 16th, but transactions were still downloading that same evening … so it's unlikely to have been an iOS issue. Regardless, my issue is missing transactions April 17 forward … currently 2 days worth of transactions and counting.
I've been through the steps linked above multiple times, including during a live chat with a Coach. I shared screen shots of Apple Wallet and Simplifi so they could clearly see the pending and cleared transactions that have not come through. The coach escalated the issue and asked me to leave the account connected and respond back on Monday if the transactions are still not coming through.
I did see in a separate forum post that Simplifi is having an issue with CSV transaction imports that started about the same time as the Apple Wallet issue. I wonder if these are related.

Thanks for sharing this! My dates are similar: last transaction in Simplifi is from April 16 (a payment), although there's also a debit from the 15th that doesn't appear (I suppose this could be because it was still pending). It's strange that it doesn't seem to be the overall Wallet, as my Apple Cash balance is correct… (Unlike you, my Card balance is also incorrect.) I hope you'll keep us posted about what happens on Monday.

@Coach Natalie, could this be related to the CSV import issue you announced here? If not, odd, since the timing is roughly the same for CSV and Apple Wallet.

Hello @jto692,
Thanks for letting us know about your recent chat with our support team. If the issue continues, then I would suggest reaching back out there and reporting that it is still not working as they have already been working on the issue with you.
@dna,
Can you let us know if this issue is specific to all of your Apple Wallet, or is it an issue with just Apple Card at this time? Let us know!

@Coach Jon My Apple Cash balance is correct, but I don't see any transactions. Before recently trying to fix the sync issue with my card, I never had my Apple Cash connected to Simplifi, so I'm actually not sure how it's supposed to behave.

Hello @dna,
Thanks for the reply. To confirm, both of your Apple Cash and Apple Card accounts are showing incorrect balances and not downloading transactions, correct? I know that users can only add Apple Wallet accounts that are available via the Apple Wallet app on the same iPhone. Does this still apply to you? Can you share screenshots showing the issue within Quicken Simplifi as well?

I'm having the same issue. I've bookmarked the post above for alerts. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Apple Cash and Apple Card accounts are showing incorrect balances and not downloading transactions for me as well. I see that this is a known issue, and I only post about it to share that I have IOS 18.5 beta installed so it may or may not be an IOS issue as mentioned earlier. <shrug>

My Apple Wallet hasn't synced in about a week.
I had been manually entering transactions, but this is not ideal. I deleted my manual transactions now. There were four.
I tried:
-Make accounts manual,
-Remove financial institution (Apple Wallet)
-Uninstall/Reinstall IOS Quicken Simplifi app.
-Add institution (Apple Wallet) - but when I do this, it only lets me link accounts, it does not let me "Add" a new account.
-After linking the accounts back, I'm right back where I was where it's not syncing and the balance is off.
Am I missing steps on being able to add a new apple wallet account as opposed to link?

You can merge my 'troubleshooting' posts with this, I think I have the same issue and see it's a known issue.

Replying to myself to let anyone who need to know: this is apparently a known issue right now. I asked them to merge this with a similar topic.

It's frustrating when everything runs so smooth for so long on autopilot, then all of a sudden it doesn't. It's the nature of a constantly evolving tech universe I guess.

I have also attempted all troubleshooting steps listed. No luck yet. Balance updating but no transactions are syncing.
Issue started recently. (past week)0 -
it’s Monday about 130 pm in the West, I just performed a refresh and my Apple Card and Apple Cash accounts both downloaded transactions and they and the balances appear to be correct.

Thank You @TheReal702 - Mine is now showing the right balance, just had to clean up some of my manual transactions. It matches what's in Apple Wallet.

Glad this is working for y'all. I haven't used my Apple Card this month and was holding off b/c of this anomaly.

Hmmm … After seeing your posts, I refreshed, and several transactions downloaded and auto-matched my manual transactions (great!) But I have about 5-6 pending transactions which do affect the balance of my Apple Card that didn't download. I hadn't created manual transactions for those yet. So, maybe it's working for me too and I just need to give it more time ?? Perhaps I'll not create manual transactions and see if these clear and download tonight or tomorrow.

I experienced this issue with IOS 18.5 Beta 2, 1 week ago. Just updated to IOS 18.5 Beta 3, now available, and it is working once again, syncing fine.

I’m on 18.5 beta 2 if this helps.

is it working for you on IOS 18.5 beta 2?

It did earlier as I posted above. I'll hit it again in a couple hours. After you posted about Beta 3 I checked on my phone and my iPad and Beta 3 is not yet available to me.

It is now about 630 pm in the West. About an hour ago I made an online purchase and used my Apple Card. I just now performed another refresh, and that charge was populated into Simplifi. Seems to be back to normal now.

My Apple Card synced this morning. Thanks to the team for solving the issue quickly.

My Apple Card started back syncing this morning also. Thank you ! - iOS 18.5 beta 3

Update to my prior post … the missing pending transactions cleared Apple Card overnight and downloaded as cleared transactions this morning. So, for now at least, my Apple Card account in Simplifi is back in sync.
@Ed_G The issue was acknowledged last Friday. While it seems many of us are back in sync, maybe it's not fully resolved (?)

Hello everyone,
I am back with an update from our product team. They have implemented a fix, and the issue should now be resolved!

I am having the same issue. I deleted the Card and Cash and tried to add back my Apple Wallet. I see my wallet in Settings→Accounts but it does not list transaction for Apple Card and Apple Cash.
What next?
