What is "Bills Via Aggregation"?

During today's web release post by @Coach Natalie , she wrote that the Simplifi web app now has "Bills Via Aggregation." What is this feature and what's its value?

  Saw the latest release has a new feature: Bills via Aggregation. Is there a topic on what this is? Does this make the bill function more functional? Does it pull in bills from credit cards? Tell me more…
