This is a horrible experience. You need to fix this. This is a mess for the end users.

Issue still occurring 5/12/2025…..I don't understand how my other platforms have no issues connecting but quicken simplify is not so "simple".

I got a prorated refund before when they told me Merrill edge no longer connected which was wrong information. I signed up again but don't know how long to wait for this to be fixed

I agree. Not having access to one of my major accounts for a month and a half now is unacceptable.
The response that there's no known timeline for a fix doesn't instill a great deal of confidence.
Also, you guys need to update your AI chatbot. If someone is contacting you about a known issue, the AI should be able to provide the same (non) answer that a human representative does.

The TSP is the 401k equivalent for federal employees and retirees. At this time, many in the federal world are daily assessing their options for leaving the federal government. Financial planning is essential. Simplifi should be a tool for that, but it is failing federal customers. The suggestion to manually enter TSP is not acceptable. We might as well use a spreadsheet and not pay Simplifi.

The lack of transparency due to unknown workings of a service provider, does not offer customers a compelling reason to continue using Simplifi. This also happened with NewRez (a mortgage company) last year and is still broken as well.

I was able to link my TSP this morning. Had been out since May 9 (that's when i turned it into a manual account to try to relink).

I was briefly able to link my TSP on Tuesday. And today it doesn't work again.

As of 5/23 simplify again cannot connect to TSP again. This really is getting ridiculous for a paid service. This is a significant part of why I pay for this app. If this cannot be resolved, I’ll need to find another service. At a minimum, Quicken should be providing information about what the problem is and how long to resolve.

it is now working for me. I went to manual a few days ago and was able to reconnect

its being working for me for over a month without any problems.

Did you do anything special to get it to work? Simplifi still has the issue as ongoing and I get a "not.found" error when I enter my credentials.
Edit: I selected "Reset Connection"and got it to work.

1- I made sure that I had direct access to my TSP account.
2- I deleted my account from Simplifi3- I reset my connection as if it was a new addition.
4- is being working fine since. Hope this helps, my friend.1
