Do I need to keep credit cards as Recurring accounts even if I don't have a balance?

My credit cards are due every month if I have a balance. Most of my cards do not carry a balance as I pay them off every month if there is a balance.

My utility bills are due every month however they are not the same amount month after month. Do I flag this as recurring?

you can set up credit cards as recurring with bill connect and it will auto fill in the payoff amount from your statement.

Utility bills I would put in a recurring reminder with an estimate, as this will both remind you to pay it, and keep the cash flow forecast closer to accurate

I pay my credit cards off each week, but I still set up my two accounts that are online. They automatically update for me and I can see at a glance when the closing date is going to be.

Another thing you can do when you reached the closing date and the balance is $0.00 is delete the reminder. I do that once I no longer need to worry about it.
