I'm also seeing the same issue. My total coinbase balance is correct but all of the specific coin values and labels are wonky

Hello @hnnh,
Thanks for letting us know you are also seeing incorrect holdings with Coinbase! Please provide the following data via DM so we can get you added to the ticket:
- The name of the account, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The balance for the account in the Accounts List in Quicken Simplifi (this is the list of all accounts and balances on the left side of the Dashboard on the Quicken Simplifi Web App, or the list of all of your accounts when you select "Accounts" from the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App).
- The balance for the account in the Investments Portfolio in Quicken Simplifi (if you have multiple investment accounts, you'll want to filter the page to just this account).
- The balance for the account as displayed on the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the holdings for the account in Quicken Simplifi (if you have multiple investment accounts, you'll want to filter the page to just this account).
- A screenshot of the holdings on the bank's website for a comparison.
- A description of what specific holdings are incorrect in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.
Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
Thank you!

Simplify is using the value for stock tickers in holdings instead of crypto. For BTC you are using an ETF Grayscale Mini Trust BTC which isn’t a crypto currency. For ETH you are using Grayscale Mini Trust ETF. So the values in holdings is completely off.

Another one being mixed up is STX crypto (Stacks) for Seagate Technology Hldgs Plc stock.

Hi! I am new to Simplifi and just getting it set up, and am having the same issue as the OP. Was OP's issue resolved? I have my Bitcoin (BTC) holding showing up as Banco De Chile (BCH) in Simplifi, and $1.30 USD showing up as 1.3 shares of Ultra Semiconductors ETF - lol.
So there are at least two different issues: one is that the holdings are being mapped to stocks instead of currencies, and the other that the fields are not being properly mapped (the value is showing up as number of shares in some cases, etc).
Can someone help me resolve this? I've tried resetting the account and refreshing the data, and neither option worked.
See attached screenshot. The numbers that I didn't redact are nonsense numbers except for the $1.30 USD).0 -
