How do I transfer my cloud Quicken Classic data to Simplifi? (edited)

My computer died and I had Quicken on it. The app will not transfer so I bought Simplifi. How do I download years of data from the cloud to it?

    Hello @Dick L,

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to import data from Quicken Classic into Quicken Simplifi. While Quicken Simplifi and Quicken Classic are both under the same umbrella, we currently do not support cross-platform connections. Quicken Simplifi cannot read your Quicken Classic data or vice versa, since Quicken Simplifi is an entirely separate product and exclusively online. You can, however, import transactions into Quicken Simplifi using a CSV file. For more information on how you can manually import your transactions using a CSV file, click here!

    Then I lost my Quicken app. How can I get that back on my computer and download all the old info from the cloud? I paid to have it backed up.
