Can't connect to Empower 401k - FDP-105 (edited)
Getting Care code FDP-105.
For a long time this was restricted to ridiculous hours in the middle of the night, so I didn't bother. I read in the community recently that this was improved (fixed even?) so I tried it again. Lo and behold, all my transactions downloaded.
But two days later, I can't connect.
Please fix!

Thanks for reaching out! Error code FDP-105 typically indicates that the specific bank is temporarily blocking us. This typically happens when the selected bank is performing server maintenance or is blocking third party aggregation to avoid site saturation. In most cases, customers can usually still log into their bank's website while receiving this error in the product.
From our side, I can see that this error started affecting you today. I would advise waiting 48 hours to see if the error clears up during that time. Let us know!
