Merrill Lynch Investments
Hi,
My Merrill Lynch Retirement Investment accounts aren't able to connect and disconnected some time back, now when I try to reconnect the accounts and use either the "Merrill Lynch Investments or Merrill Lynch Benefits Online", at the login page when entering my Username and Password the page has a purple spinner and then goes back to the same login page.
Not sure if it's timed out? or a common problem with ML ? I have read many problems with ML logins on Simplifi since last August 2024, but mostly with ML Edge which my accounts ARE NOT Edge, just standard Retirement Investments.
Please let me know if there is something that can be done.

Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing an error on our side for you with Merrill Lynch. Can you provide a screenshot showing what is occurring to better assist us in understanding your situation? I would also see if maybe trying from another web browser/incognito mode works to help you connect. Let us know!

I tried a incognito mode and that didn't help either. Basically this login screen below I type my User ID and Password, then there is a spinning purple circle and the screen comes back to this one below. Hopefully this helps you understand what is happening.

Thank you for the reply. I would have you try establishing a fresh connection to see if that fixes the current issue. The instructions to do that are:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
