One step update not working even though it says it updated

Quicken did an update to my software when I opened it today. I used the One Step update and it says it updated but it is not showing the new transactions.

    It looks like you're using Quicken Classic. This is the Quicken Simplifi Community. You'll want to post to the Quicken Classic Community instead. Here is the link: https://community.quicken.com/
