I bank with CFCU Community Credit Union. The link they use is different from what you have listed. Currently site/app is CFCU Community Credit Union
I'm a new customer; I won't be able to make good use Simplifi without may primary bank info.

I went ahead and moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests so we can do some troubleshooting. To clarify, the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi is not always the URL used to connect from the backend. Additionally, when I click the URL displayed for CFCU Community Credit Union in Quicken Simplifi, and then select "CFCU More Login" from the new page that opens to the bank's website, I am redirected to the same URL you provided, indicating this is indeed the correct option for you.
With that, I don't see any connection attempts from our end for you for CFCU Community Credit Union. Have you tried adding this account in Quicken Simplifi?
